What You'll Do
You'll be the boots-on-the-ground expert our clients count on. Your days will be fast paced, varied, and rewarding. You'll:
  • Gear up: Prep and inspect RCD (Rotating Control Device) equipment for upcoming field projects.
  • Own the delivery: Coordinate equipment drop-offs, ensure accurate documentation, and connect with customer reps on-site.
  • Lead the install: Help set up RCD bodies, bearings, and sealing elements - and train rig crews to do it right.
  • Be the problem solver: Troubleshoot pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems like a pro.
  • Keep it safe & smart: Complete incident reports, investigate issues, and maintain safety compliance.
  • Drive growth: Spot opportunities, introduce new solutions, and support the sales team in exceeding revenue targets.
