ttg Talent Solutions is conducting a confidential search for a Field Sales Manager to lead channel growth for a manufacturer of durable, non-perishable tabletop and hospitality products.

Position Summary
This remote, individual-contributor role has full ownership of an exclusive West Coast territory covering  California, Washington State, Oregon, Colorado, Arizona or Nevada. The position reports to the Vice President of Sales, U.S. & Canada.

Success is channel-led: the manager develops independent manufacturer representative groups and dealer/distributor networks rather than relying primarily on direct end-user sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional channel sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Manage, support, and strengthen independent manufacturer representative groups and dealer/distributor partners.
  • Negotiate, launch, and evaluate dealer-specific programs.
  • Identify new segments and untapped opportunities across the territory.
  • Monitor channel performance, market conditions, and competitive activity; deliver concise monthly business reviews.

  • Proven success managing independent manufacturer representative groups and dealer/distributor networks.
  • Experience selling durable, non-perishable manufactured goods in tabletop, hospitality supplies, buffet equipment, guest-room accessories, or a closely related category.
  • Background limited exclusively to food, beverage, or other perishable products does not meet this requirement.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Self-directed and accountable, with the ability to own a multi-state territory.
 Travel Expenses & Systems
  • Approximately 50–60% overnight travel; candidates must have convenient access to a major airport.
  • All travel and entertainment expenses are covered by the company through a corporate card and/or reimbursement.
  • CRM experience is helpful; HubSpot familiarity is a plus.
  • ERP familiarity is helpful; SAP Business One exposure is a plus.
Compensation: Base salary, commensurate with experience and geography. Plus Bonus Structure: Uncapped "Growing Together Bonus Plan" with quarterly individual performance payouts and an annual company EBITDA component.
Benefits & Perks: Day 1 fully vested 401(k), 14 days PTO in Year 1 transitioning to unlimited PTO in Year 2, and 40%–70% employer-covered family medical premiums.
