As a Project Manager lead the successful delivery of complex, high-impact projects from initiation through implementation. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, partnering with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive execution, manage risks, and deliver results that align with business objectives.

What You'll Work On

  • Lead projects through the full project lifecycle, from initial concept and planning to final implementation and closeout.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business needs.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and status reports.
  • Facilitate project team meetings and provide ongoing project tracking, monitoring, and analysis.
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables for accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate and manage vendor activities, including tracking and reviewing vendor deliverables.
  • Provide technical and analytical guidance to project team members and stakeholders.
  • Recommend solutions to complex business and operational challenges and drive corrective actions when needed.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on specific technologies, processes, or project management methodologies as applicable.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of project management, program management, or related experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience developing project plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reporting.
