Compensation:

$19 - $24 hourly - Overtime available


Responsibilities:
  • Calculate the cost estimate of all project tasks and accurately manage the project budget
  • Oversee the work of all general contractors and their laborers and guide as necessary to ensure high-quality work
  • Establish organizational processes for tools, equipment, and vehicles and arrange for maintenance as needed
  • Work with general contractors, critical subcontractors, and external vendors to negotiate profitable contracts
  • Responsible for meeting the crew every morning
  • Set up the job properly
  • Relay the job work order to the crew
  • Get materials throughout the day as needed
  • Provide EXCELLENT customer service throughout the ENTIRE process

Qualifications:
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • College degree (Bachelor’s) in construction management, engineering, or another relevant field
  • OSHA 30 certification
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in construction management
  • Superb leadership capability, organizational skills, time-management abilities, and communication skills

  • Experience using construction or project management software preferred
