Field Operations Manager
Shift/Hours: Full-time (Includes after-hours & emergency response coverage)
Salary: $80k+ DOE
Location: Marietta, GA 30060
Experience: 3-5+ years of Field Services experience (with 3+ years in a leadership role).

Summary: The Field Operations Manager is responsible for leading and directing field operations across all service lines, including Water, Fire, Mold Remediation, Biohazard, Pack-Out, and Warehouse functions. This role ensures operational compliance, resource efficiency, and high service standards by directing project managers, team leads, and logistics personnel.
Field Operations Manager Job Duties:
- Conduct weekly safety meetings and enforce all company safety procedures.
- Supervise the Logistics Coordinator to ensure equipment/vehicle readiness and inventory tracking.
- Direct Project Managers and Team Leads on job scoping, technician delegation, and compliance protocols.
- Coordinate emergency response efforts and manage after-hours staffing schedules.
- Collaborate and maintain ongoing communication with insurance carriers, project adjusters, and property owners.
- Drive gross profit performance for Remediation and Pack-Out operations.
- Support field team recruitment, onboarding, training programs, and performance evaluations.
Field Operations Manager Skills:
- Proven leadership and the ability to unify and lead cross-functional field teams.
- Deep expertise in remediation operations and field services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restoration software like Mitigate and Xactimate.
- Strong decision-making, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Field Operations Manager Requirements:
- High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of field services experience with 3+ years managing multiple divisions.
- Flexibility to handle emergency response coordination and after-hours coverage.
- Ability to oversee compliance, job protocols, and quality checks across various divisions.
- Valid Chauffeur's License and DOT Certification preferred.
