Summary: The Field Operations Manager is responsible for leading and directing field operations across all service lines, including Water, Fire, Mold Remediation, Biohazard, Pack-Out, and Warehouse functions. This role ensures operational compliance, resource efficiency, and high service standards by directing project managers, team leads, and logistics personnel.


Field Operations Manager Job Duties:

  • Conduct weekly safety meetings and enforce all company safety procedures.
  • Supervise the Logistics Coordinator to ensure equipment/vehicle readiness and inventory tracking.
  • Direct Project Managers and Team Leads on job scoping, technician delegation, and compliance protocols.
  • Coordinate emergency response efforts and manage after-hours staffing schedules.
  • Collaborate and maintain ongoing communication with insurance carriers, project adjusters, and property owners.
  • Drive gross profit performance for Remediation and Pack-Out operations.
  • Support field team recruitment, onboarding, training programs, and performance evaluations.
