East Territory: Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Georgia


Helm is a fast-growing company that is seeking an experienced Field Operations Manager (FOM) for the east territory.

The Field Operations Manager (FOM) position plays an integral role in the planning and execution of our Account Development Growth Strategy by leading and developing the Regional Income Development Team. The primary responsibility for the Regional Income Development Team Development Team is to maximize dealer participation in fFlexCare\'s full suite of F&I products by providing both internal and external training, sales support and completion of account development activity. The Field Operations Manager (FOM) is responsible for leading, managing and reporting all organic sales growth, account development and retention activity.

Requirements


  • Consistent utilization of a quality management approach towards account development activity to ensure quantity and quality of dealer contacts by reviewing SFDC and ride-alongs.
  • Build & develop the overall regional account development strategy with the Regional Business Director by targeting specific dealerships for improvement.
  • Coordinate the execution of defined strategy with the regional income development team.
  • Utilization of analytical approach towards account development activity to ensure Mopar Action Plans are implemented and the respective lift is realized.
  • Participate in Mopar Action Plan meetings in highly valued accounts.
  • Quality management of activity geared towards growth by ensuring Income Development Managers maintain product targets as opportunities in SFDC and they do not become aged.
  • Actively manage daily field activity of Income Development Managers
  • Support all MVP branded product sales, initiatives, claims and maximization of dealer participation programs i.e., XPS, MMP & Reinsurance.
  • Attend conversion meetings of Business Development Team as requested.
  • Conduct recurring progress meetings with all stakeholders.

Supervisory Responsibilities of the Field Operations Manager (FOM):

  • This position does have supervisory duties.

Education and Experience of the Field Operations Manager (FOM):

  • College degree preferred but not required.
  • 5+ years managing field sales team.
  • 10+ years automotive F&I and/or F&I provider experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Power Bi and Dealership DMS & menu systems.
  • Overnight travel as required for business needs.
  • Ability to think and act strategically.
  • Ability to skillfully engage, build trust and persuade automotive business senior management and sales/service personnel.
  • Strong sales and presentation skills. Proven experience in developing and executing sales plans.
  • Proficient in MS office.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong time & territory management skills.
