Responsible for supervising and managing the service and installation of products and/or services of the Branch to KPI's as established by the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reports any unsafe acts, conditions and hazards to direct supervisor/manager immediately.

  • Uses and maintains appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as prescribed by company

  • Never removes or renders ineffective any safety guards, devices, or clothing prescribed to be in place or worn.
  • Complies with the general rules as prescribed by company program(s) procedure(s)
  • Operates devises or equipment as prescribed by company program(s) or procedure(s)

  • Reports all injuries or incidents as prescribed by company program(s) or procedure(s) immediately.
  • Provides input on developing safety initiatives and plans to eliminate exposures that could cause accidents.
  • Does not perform acts that may endanger the safety or wellbeing of others
  • Does not engage in any pranks, contests, or rough boisterous behavior.
  • Works in compliance with applicable legislative requirement.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • The qualified candidate must have extensive experience at servicing and installing residential and
  • commercial heating, air conditioning & ventilation equipment, as well as related products
  • Must have a good understanding and overall knowledge of the HVAC/Refrigeration Industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, leadership and diplomacy skills are necessary to successfully resolve all
  • customers concerns and problems.
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in technical position in the HVAC/Refrigeration Industry.

Minimum Experience: 6+ years Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
