We are currently searching for an outstanding individual to join our Express Small Package team in Downtown Boston.

When working with Mercury, clients get personal attention, rather than a 1-800 number, and personalized guidance for their complicated shipments.

The right person for this job needs to enjoy working from as 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM shift. This role will assist in all activities of our Squads and Express Packages team in Boston.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Sort, prepare labels, and ship packages every night.
  • Solve various client issues on a nightly basis.
  • Serve as back-up walking courier.
  • Perform data entry.
  • Opening/Closing the office/facility
  • Assisting with customer support tickets 
  • Process Asset Returns
  • Process AM Field Ops Export/NFO/Import Documents

Preferred Experience:

  • 1-3 years previous experience
  • Military experience is a plus
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Valid Massachusetts Driver’s License
