About the Role

Match Retail is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Field Coordinator to support the successful execution of field sales programs and client initiatives. This hybrid role combines operational coordination with field leadership responsibilities. Reporting to the Field Manager, the Field Coordinator will support daily program execution, monitor sales performance, coordinate logistics, and provide coaching and guidance to field teams. The successful candidate will act as a key link between Operations, Client Services, and the field team to ensure programs are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and with excellence. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys balancing operational responsibilities with hands-on field support and is looking to grow their career within a fast-paced retail and field marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Field Operations & Program Coordination

  • Support the day-to-day execution of field sales programs and client initiatives.
  • Coordinate operational timelines, deliverables, and program schedules.
  • Maintain operational trackers, workback schedules, and execution dashboards.
  • Coordinate procurement, shipping, and distribution of program materials and assets.
  • Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and field staff to ensure program readiness and successful execution.
  • Monitor attendance, scheduling, and field team compliance requirements.
  • Prepare weekly reports, program updates, and post-program summaries.
  • Track operational expenses, process invoices, update budget trackers, and support reconciliations.
  • Identify risks, delays, or operational challenges and recommend solutions proactively.
  • Support process improvements and ensure adherence to operational best practices.

Field Leadership & Sales Support

  • Support the team in achieving sales targets, KPIs, and program objectives.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and field support to Sales Associates.
  • Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure strong execution, merchandising standards, and brand representation.
  • Assist with the implementation of sales initiatives, promotions, and program launches.
  • Communicate business updates, priorities, and feedback between field teams and leadership.
  • Ensure company policies, reporting requirements, and operational standards are consistently followed.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training activities as required.
  • Comfortable taking on hands-on, in-store responsibilities, including covering shifts and supporting frontline sales activities when required.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in field operations, retail sales, operations coordination, or a related role.
  • Previous experience in a Team Lead, Senior Sales Advisor, or Coordinator position is considered an asset.
  • Retail, CPG, consumer electronics, or field marketing experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Results-oriented with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable analyzing sales performance and operational data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle required.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
  • Comfortable working a hybrid schedule that includes both office and field responsibilities.
