About Nations Dry Out

Nations Dry Out is a nationwide commercial restoration company providing water mitigation, fire restoration, hazmat, trauma cleanup, environmental services, and reconstruction solutions to Fortune 500 companies across all 50 states. Our mission is to move beyond being a vendor and become a trusted restoration partner by delivering exceptional service and being the first choice for mitigation and restoration needs.

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Operations Manager to lead and support our internal Project Managers and subcontracted restoration teams nationwide. This role oversees water mitigation, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, reconstruction, and other commercial restoration projects while ensuring exceptional client service, operational efficiency, and project success.

The Operations Manager is responsible for managing client work orders, coordinating nationwide resources, maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs), developing job scopes and proposals, and ensuring projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

This is a 24/7 operational role. Incoming client work orders must be acknowledged and responded to within five (5) minutes of receipt. There are no exceptions to this expectation. As the role evolves, rotating after-hours and weekend coverage may be implemented; however, the initial and ongoing expectation is that the Operations Manager always remains available and responsive outside of approved vacation.
