Job description

Job Summary:

The Partner Field Manager orchestrates day-to-day co-sell execution between partner account teams and BDO account teams to accelerate pipeline progression and improve opportunity outcomes. This role maintains partner-to-BDO account coverage mapping, aligns customer entry points and contacts, and drives account-specific motions by translating partner "Go to Market "(GTM plays into actionable plans. The Partner Field Manager governs co-sell pipeline operations through regular partner and internal sync cadences, opportunity hygiene, and coordination with Partner Operations for co-sell registration. This position enables field readiness by briefing internal sellers on partner priorities and briefing partners on BDO offerings and strengths, while ensuring bi-directional intelligence sharing and consistent stakeholder communication.

Job Duties:

  • Maintains partner-to-BDO account team customer mapping and coverage alignment.
  • Maintains customer lists supporting existing clients, prospects, and targets.
  • Maps customer entry points and contacts within assigned accounts.
  • Coordinates introductions between partner account teams and BDO account teams.
  • Supports aligned client discovery planning, including contact strategy and account insights.
  • Maintains ongoing communications and status updates between partner and BDO stakeholders.
  • Facilitates bi-directional intelligence sharing, including account insights, risks, and whitespace.
  • Targets whitespace opportunities and prioritizes account-specific expansion motions.
  • Translates partner GTM plays into actionable, account-specific execution plans.
  • Runs weekly pipeline sync cadences with partners and internal BDO stakeholders.
  • Maintains opportunity hygiene, including stage accuracy, next steps, close dates, and attribution.
  • Coordinates co-sell registration processes and hygiene with Partner Operations.
  • Briefs internal sellers on partner plays, talk tracks, priorities, and engagement expectations.
  • Briefs partners on BDO offers, strengths, and sales engagement processes.
  • Tracks and reports KPIs including new co-sell opportunities, won co-sell opportunities, coverage alignment, meeting cadence adherence, and partner-facing activities.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED Equivalent, required
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred

Experience:

  • Five (5) or more years of experience in partner sales, alliances, field sales operations, revenue operations, or co-sell motions, required
  • Three (3) or more years' experience translating GTM plays into measurable account-level actions and next steps, required
  • Experience in a professional services partner ecosystems, preferred

Software:

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics), required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, required
