Responsibilities

  • Ability to coordinate, plan and execute jobs while assisting the onsite Field Manager
  • Responsible for maintaining heavy equipment including preventative maintenance, and any additional tools necessary
  • Familiarity with overseeing safety and monitoring proper PPE onsite
  • Ability to assist the Field Manager with overseeing job site quality and productivity
  • Responsible for maintaining a safe and clean work environment at all times
  • Coordinate the daily work schedule with the Field Manager
  • Assist in training and managing personnel assigned to the crew
