Job Title: Field Superintendent
Location: Mobile, AL
Duration: Full-time

Position Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Field Superintendent to lead commercial mechanical construction projects. This role is responsible for supervising field crews, coordinating subcontractors, managing daily jobsite activities, and ensuring safe, high-quality installation of HVAC and mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead commercial mechanical field operations.
  • Supervise crews, subcontractors, and trade partners.
  • Oversee HVAC, piping, ductwork, pumps, motors, and mechanical equipment installation.
  • Read blueprints and coordinate daily manpower, materials, and schedules.
  • Resolve field issues and ensure OSHA compliance.
  • Support equipment startup, commissioning, and project closeout.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of commercial/industrial mechanical experience.
  • Experience as a Mechanical Superintendent, Foreman, or Lead Mechanic.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to read construction drawings and lead field teams.
