Field Technician: Gulf Shores Alabama
Vacation Homes Collection will be looking to add year-round Field Technician positions to our team. These positions are a mix of minor maintenance and unit inspections. The ideal candidate should have a general understanding of maintenance issues, a keen eye for details and a great attitude.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Inspect units for damage, maintenance issues, and cleanliness.
• Maintain units to VHC standards and help facilitate larger repairs if necessary.
• Provide detailed communication and documentation of issues to other departments and coworkers.
• Warehouse organization and stocking laundry and unit inventory.
Non-Essential Job Functions
• Remain available and responsive across all platforms throughout the workday (Teams,
Breezeway, Track)

Schedule:
