About the Role

Re-Bath New England is seeking an experienced and results-driven Retail Field Manager leads with "boots-on-the-ground" and calls out daily in-store and Home show and event presence explicitly to lead national account marketing initiatives in our nationwide big box home improvement retail stores and drive high-quality lead generation. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution and will play a key role in expanding brand awareness, supporting sales growth, and managing field efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute field duties in our national accounts and regional sales objectives.

  • Plan and manage events, home shows, seminars, and local activations to generate qualified leads.

  • Oversee face-to-face lead generation programs.

  • Track, analyze, and report on event performance, lead quality, and return on investment.

  • Manage vendor and partner relationships.

  • Support CRM lead flow, follow-up processes, and sales enablement initiatives.

  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to maximize lead conversion and revenue growth.

Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of field marketing, ( face to face) experience.

  • Proven success generating leads and supporting sales teams in B2C and/or B2B environments.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Experience managing events, trade shows, and local marketing initiatives...

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory of CT, MA and RI

Preferred Experience
  • Home improvement, construction, retail, or franchise experience.
