ABOUT THE COMPANY

A leading global manufacturer of industrial lifting and vertical access equipment is looking to add to their installation operations team. Their equipment supports major construction, energy, and infrastructure projects around the world, and this role sits at the center of the field crews who install and service it on active industrial sites.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Field Logistics Coordinator — sometimes called a Dispatcher, Installation Coordinator, or Field Service Coordinator — who thrives on keeping a moving operation on schedule. You'll run the logistics and dispatching behind a dedicated installation crew working across multiple industrial project sites — scheduling, travel, certifications, materials, and documentation — and you'll be the person field crews and subcontractors call when something needs to happen now. The pace swings from steady to all-hands-on-deck without warning, and you need to be the kind of person who stays organized, direct, and unshaken through both.

This isn't a background-admin role. You'll be pushing crews, vendors, and subcontractors to hit deadlines — sometimes multiple times before it sticks — and you need to be comfortable holding your ground with assertive personalities in the field. If you're organized, persistent, and don't rattle easily, this is built for you.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

? Schedule and deploy a dedicated installation crew across multiple active project sites, reallocating as priorities shift

? Run point on crew travel, lodging, mobilization, and site access for every project in flight

? Keep certifications, TWIC cards, OSHA credentials, and site-readiness documentation current — and chase down what's missing

? Track project documentation: schedules, JSAs, compliance records, site scope plans, technician assignments

? Source material quotes, place orders, and stay on top of vendors and deliveries

? Be the go-to point of contact between field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams (Sales, Service, Project Management, Operations)

? Spot scheduling conflicts before they become problems, and resolve them fast

? Flag inefficiencies in logistics or coordination and push for better process

WHAT YOU BRING

? Experience coordinating field personnel, technicians, or crews as a Dispatcher, Logistics Coordinator, Installation Coordinator, Field Service Coordinator, or similar role — industrial construction, commercial construction, field service, or specialty contracting backgrounds all fit

? Real dispatching or logistics coordination experience: scheduling, mobilization, workforce deployment

? A track record of managing multiple concurrent projects with priorities that shift daily

? Comfort working directly with field crews and subcontractors — including the assertive ones — without backing down

? Persistence: you follow up until it's actually done, not just until you've asked once

? Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business systems

? High school diploma required

NICE TO HAVE

? Experience tracking TWIC, OSHA, or other workforce compliance credentials

? Materials/procurement coordination experience

? Experience supporting technician onboarding and readiness

? Cross-functional experience with Operations, Project Management, Service, or Sales teams
