Job description

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Bilingual Field Installer willing to provide onsite support across DFW. You will be scheduled for multiple client visits per day which include installations, training, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance of POS systems at small businesses. If you have installation experience of any kind and value delivering quality customer service, we want to hear from you! This position requires a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and access to a reliable personal vehicle. This role does not involve overnight or out-of-state travel, and primarily consists of local, multi-stop travel throughout the day assisting with installation.
 
Requirements:
  • Bilingual, fluent in both Spanish and English 
  • Previous installation experience required (ex. security system or cable/internet)
  • Tech savviness
  • Mature and Reliable
  • Customer Service Focused
Hours: Full-Time Monday - Friday with standard business hours and some flexibility required to accommodate client availability. The workday will be structured about client appointments rather than a fixed desk schedule.   
 
Compensation:  $25.00 per hour (plus commission and performance bonuses after 90 days)
