Mandatory Skills:
1) Quality Check/ Inspection experience with machines like
o Hexagon-CMM
o OGP\Ram Optical -Sprint MVP
o CCP -Comparator, CC14
o CCP -C-Vision
o George Products- Oasis
o PC-DMIS
o Measure-Fit
o Measure-X
2) 5 plus years expereince in the above fields
3) Strong knowledge of GD&T
4) Strong Drawing reading Experience. Capable of measuring dimensions of complicated profiles, cross sections etc.
Preferred Skills:
1. Demonstrated understanding and working knowledge of the principles associated with Measurement & Test Equipment calibration, gage measurement repeatability and reproduce-ability and measurement uncertainty- Gage R&R
2. Comprehensive understanding and demonstrated experience in the interpretation of Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles, theories, and concepts as they apply to inspection activities
3.Demonstrated experience in the ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications
4.knowledge of manufacturing techniques
5.Demonstrated effective communication skills and strong organizational approach to performing work.
