Do you have an eye for quality, enjoy working both inside and outside, and have a drive for ethical production compliance? If so, we may have the job for you. LISEGA, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Receiving Inspector to join our team in Kodak, TN (about 20 miles east of downtown Knoxville, TN just off of Exit 407 on I-40). This job is open because of an upcoming retirement.

You will conduct inspections to determine the quality of receiving materials and finished products as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency. You will cross-train in other areas of the quality department as well, so you need to be open to learning and a team player.


Responsibilities:

  • Unload and Receive Raw Materials, often in the outside environment.
  • Perform thorough examinations of all assigned materials and finished products.
  • Conduct and report internal audits and evaluations.
  • Follow quality control operating procedures and report deficiencies to management.
  • Identify and troubleshoot problems and defects.
  • Participate in routine visual inspections.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • All other duties as assigned.

  • MUST HAVE at least One (1) Year of work experience in quality control or other related fields (CWI, NDE and Welding)
  • Strong ethical attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
