Position Summary

We're looking for a detail-oriented Property Inspector to join our team in Hood River, ensuring our vacation rental properties meet the highest standards of quality and guest readiness. In this hands-on role, you'll be the eyes and ears on the ground, conducting thorough pre-arrival and post-departure inspections, identifying maintenance needs, and coordinating with our property care teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Your meticulous approach and technical expertise will be essential in maintaining our properties to Arrived's exacting standards while building strong relationships with owners, housekeeping staff, and maintenance professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform pre-arrival / post-departure property inspections

  • Document and report damages, maintenance needs, and housekeeping quality

  • Ensure property setup meets Arrived guest readiness standards

  • Coordinate with owner services, housekeeping and maintenance for urgent issues

  • Use property care and to complete and submit reports / work orders

  • Light maintenance as required

  • Occasionally assist with guest-related in-market issues as needed

Required Qualifications
  • Experience in hospitality, maintenance, housekeeping, or property inspections preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Comfortable using mobile inspection apps and tools

  • Ability to work independently and in varying field conditions

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
