Job description

Lexicon offers a unique combination of capabilities. Our services include construction management, fabrication, erection, mechanical installation, and plant maintenance for heavy industrial, commercial, and roadway projects, as well as a full spectrum of golf course construction and management services.
We are looking for a skilled Piping Engineer with EPC experience in the metals and minerals industry to support piping design, layout, and construction for large-scale industrial projects. The role will involve close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, reliable, and efficient piping systems.
Piping Engineer Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop piping layouts, isometric drawings, and material specifications.
  • Perform stress analysis and flexibility checks in line with ASME/ANSI/ISO codes.
  • Prepare MTOs, data sheets, and technical requisitions.
  • Review vendor documents and provide support during procurement.
  • Supervise piping installation, hydrotesting, and commissioning activities.
  • Collaborate with process, mechanical, and structural teams to ensure fit-for-purpose piping solutions.
  • Enforce strict compliance with HSE and quality requirements.

Piping Engineer Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Piping Engineering.
  • 7+ years' experience in piping engineering, including EPC projects in metals/mining/heavy industry.
  • Proficiency in PDMS, SP3D, CAESAR II, AutoPIPE, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of piping codes and standards.
  • Excellent teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.
