ISG is seeking a Civil Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be an ISG Employee Owner, working alongside a passionate group of professionals to deliver thoughtful, innovative, and community-impacting solutions. Essential Duties
  • Partner with project teams to develop and implement civil engineering strategies that support innovative, sustainable, and high-performing project outcomes
  • Act as a key point of contact, building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and local, state, and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth project coordination and compliance
  • Support projects through contract and construction administration, contributing to quality, constructability, and successful delivery from design through completion
  • Prepare and contribute to infrastructure master plans, feasibility studies, and technical reports, including stormwater management analyses as applicable to project needs
  • Produce high-quality engineering drawings, details, specifications, and schedules using tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and ArcGIS to bring concepts to life

Essential Duties
