  • Promote and demonstrate Beckman Coulter flow cytometry hardware, software, and consumables through effective solution demonstrations
  • Provide scientific and technical support for instruments, reagents, and integrated systems throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Lead on-time implementation, including on-site customer training and solution deployment
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive support and relationship management

The essential requirements of the job include:
  • Bachelor's degree in biology or related life science discipline
  • Extensive flow cytometry experience (5+ years) in clinical setting including spectral flow cytometry.
  • Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly, build trust with customers, and serve as a knowledgeable, professional point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Analytical and troubleshooting capabilities, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, collaborate cross-functionally and clearly document issues, root cause analyses, and resolutions.
  • Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to independently manage a travel-heavy schedule, balance multiple customers and projects, adapt to changing priorities and urgent needs, and work effectively in a remote environment.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
  • Up to 85% travel, including overnight, required annually
  • Travel requirements include accounts within territory, company training and meetings, and trade shows and conferences.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
  • MSc or PhD preferred
  • Laboratory experience relevant to the subject that the role is supporting
  • Has a strong background in immunology and hematology
