Parterre Garden Services, a premier horticultural and fine gardening company in Greater Boston, is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Field Manager / Account Manager to help maintain and enhance beautiful landscapes. Known for our expertise, craftsmanship, and professionalism, we are looking for a leader who is passionate about plants and dedicated to building strong client relationships.
As a Field Manager at Parterre, you will have the opportunity to oversee a unique portfolio of client projects, leveraging your horticultural experience and personnel management skills. You’ll work collaboratively with Field Directors, Crew Leads, and a dedicated team of fine gardeners to deliver exceptional garden care and foster strong client relationships.

Location:
While our headquarters are in Billerica, you'll travel to client locations in Belmont, Boston, Cambridge, Dedham, Dover, Lexington, Newton, Wellesley, Weston, Winchester, and more.

Employment Type:
This is a full-time, seasonal position (March-December). Some Saturdays may be required during peak seasons.
