Participants in a Fidelity Program typically earn points, discounts, or other incentives for making purchases or engaging with the brand. These programs are designed to enhance customer retention and increase brand loyalty by providing ongoing benefits. Fidelity Programs can be found in various industries, including retail, hospitality, and banking, and may include tiered rewards, special offers, or exclusive member events. Enrolling in a Fidelity Program is usually free and can provide significant value to frequent customers.
