The Role

This role willresidewithin the PB OptimizeProduct Management Team.The Product Manager will support the PB Optimize platform with a primary focus onsolutioningmargin replication, collateral analytics, and stress-based financing workflows. The role blends product ownership, analytical depth, and client facing responsibilities. It requires the ability to collaborate with Riskteams, Technology, Sales, and Account Management, while engaging sophisticated hedge fund clients. This candidate will help drive the evolution of PB Optimize by delivering key product enhancementsandcontributing to thought leadership in financing technology.Theroleoperatesin afast pacedand challenging,competitive environmentwhile supporting ateam-orientedculture.

*PB Optimize is aportfolio finance / treasury technology solutionoffered primarily to hedge fundclients of Fidelity Prime Services.It initially launched in 2012 and currently services+200clients.

  • Support the design and enhancement of margin replication capabilities that align withPB Optimize strategic initiatives

  • Contribute to collateral management workflows and ensureaccurate, transparent margin and exposure outputsfor clients

  • Monitor and analyze market trends and movements.This involvesobservingmarket trends and estimating the significance they will have onplatform andclient portfolios.

  • Respond to changing market conditions by conducting ad-hoc exposure analyses across thehedge fund industry, often at the request of senior management and/or business partners.

  • Partner withSME'sto ensure the platform reflects real world risk practices and control expectations

  • Translate business and client requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.

  • Support roadmap planning and participate in delivery cycles with Technology teams.

  • Conduct testing andvalidatereleases to ensure improved accuracy, performance, and usability.

  • Participate in client meetings and discussions, including in person sessions with hedge funds that use PB Optimize for financing and risk workflows.

  • Gather client feedback andidentifyneeds that guide enhancements and new features.

  • Assistin presenting product capabilities and explaining risk concepts to sophisticated users.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelorsor equivalent with8+ years of experience orMasterswith 3+ years of experience

  • Prime Brokerageindustry knowledge coupledfamiliaritywith hedge fund trading strategies, financing mechanics, and portfolio risk drivers.

  • CFA or progress towards CFA preferred

  • Experience with Agile developmentmethodologypreferred

  • Strong technical background, particularly with consumer-facing platforms and protocols.

  • Familiarity with user-interface and information architecture principles.

  • Strong business and data analysis skills.

  • High-energy performer withabilityto be responsive toshiftingbusiness and customer needs.

  • Self-driven and able to manage multiple initiatives end to end in afast pacedsetting

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to createstrong team,internaland customer relationships.

  • Excellent productmanagement and tracking skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

The Team

Fidelity Capital Markets is the institutional trading arm of Fidelity Investments, providing trading products and services to a wide array of clients, including buy-side institutions and hedge funds, as well as to Fidelity's own businesses. Fidelity Capital Markets offers a suite of electronic brokerage products and execution services across multiple asset classes including equities, fixed income, options, and forex, as well as prime brokerage, securities lending, and municipal and bank issued brokered CD underwriting. Our product coverage includes Equity Block Sales/Trading, Program/Electronic Trading, SAM Trading, International Equity Trading, Prime Brokerage, Soft Dollars, and New Accounts.

The base salary range for this position is $100,000-185,000 USD per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
