Job description

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking results-oriented, experienced financial advisors across Arizona. In this position, you will move your established book to an independent platform with 100% portability, engage your clients with tailored strategies that align with their goals, and add a team-override compensation layer based on First-Year Commissions (FYC). Arizona's captive and semi-captive firms operate on compensation structures and product shelves that haven't kept pace with the industry - this is a direct path out.
As an Experienced Financial Advisor at WealthBridge, you will leverage your expertise on an open-architecture shelf - National Life Group (A+ AM Best) plus a broad multi-carrier marketplace - with Advanced Markets and Premium Finance behind HNW cases and ESI Illuminations (FMAX/Fidelity) powering advisory. We are selective, and we respect any contractual obligations you carry: decisions come within 14-21 days after your legal review, and end-to-end contract-to-first-production typically runs 30-45 days reflecting Form U5 release and background-check processing.
Join WealthBridge Financial Group and be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional service across Arizona. If you are driven by results and ready to own 100% of your clients on an industry-leading compensation structure, we would love to hear from you.
Compensation and classification: This is a commission-based W-2 position with National Life Group - you retain 100% ownership of the book you build and access the NLG agency-provided benefits package described under Benefits; withholding and contract terms are confirmed at contracting. Compensation is uncapped and production-tiered, with a transition bonus negotiated case-by-case; specific figures are reviewed during Discovery based on book size, product mix, persistency, and contract terms. Industry reference: BLS OEWS May 2024, SOC 13-2052 - median $102,140; 75th percentile $172,540; 90th percentile top-coded at $239,200 or above.
About WealthBridge Financial Group: WealthBridge Financial Group is a wealth management firm with over 175 years of history helping clients navigate life's financial complexities with confidence and clarity. Our mission is simple: To Do Good - in our communities and for the families we serve. We Are Change Navigators. Specialties include Premium Financing, Digital Marketing, CPA Alliances, and Advanced Planning. Backed by National Life Group (A+ AM Best); securities and investment advisory services through Equity Services, Inc. (FINRA/SIPC). People. Impact. Outcome.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred; an equivalent production track record qualifies
- Active Arizona Life & Health insurance license; SIE plus Series 6/7 and 63/66 registrations preferred
- 3+ years of experience in financial consulting, financial services, or insurance - or an equivalent production track record demonstrating established client relationships
- Established client relationships in Arizona, with a book ready to travel
- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-management skills
- Clean or discussable U4/U5 compliance history; no binding non-solicitation, or a clear timeline for expiration
- Ready to decide within 14-21 days after completing legal review of any restrictions with your counsel

Benefits

- Access to the National Life Group agency-provided benefits package - medical, dental, and vision coverage
- 401(k) retirement plan and pension contributions to help you build long-term security
- Life insurance coverage and continuing-license sponsorship for added peace of mind
- Career growth opportunities and ongoing training support - advanced designation pathways (CLU, ChFC, CFP, RICP) and direct mentorship
- Industry-leading, production-tiered commission compensation with 100% book ownership and portability, plus team override on First-Year Commissions (FYC)
- Transition support - bonus negotiated case-by-case, Advanced Markets and Premium Finance for HNW cases, and ESI Illuminations (FMAX/Fidelity) advisory platform
This is a commission-based W-2 position with National Life Group, with no base salary; WealthBridge Financial Group serves as the General Agency. Withholding, benefits eligibility, and contract terms are confirmed at contracting. Any compensation references are illustrative and not guarantees of future earnings.
WealthBridge Financial Group is an equal opportunity organization and does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other characteristic protected by law. All candidates must pass a background check and fingerprinting as required by state insurance regulators and FINRA; securities registration requires Form U4 disclosure of prior regulatory, criminal, and financial history.
Securities and investment advisory services offered through Equity Services, Inc., Member FINRA/SIPC, 675 Third Avenue, Suite 900, New York, NY 10017, (212) 986-0400. In CO, MO, NH and WI, Equity Services, Inc. operates as Vermont Equity Services, Inc. WealthBridge Financial Group is independent of Equity Services, Inc.
