Job description

Once a client is onboarded, the Client Experience Manager assigned to each client manages the client's experience to ensure the client's experience is first-class. This means working directly with the attorney assigned to the matter to ensure all legal work is being done timely, working directly with clients to answer non- legal questions and triaging legal questions that only an attorney may answer. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Assist Attorneys with managing client experience.
  • Manage client signings, notarizing.
  • Assist with document printing, organizing, scanning, savings, sharing with clients.
  • Manage scheduling of client signings, phone calls, video conferences with attorneys.
  • Assist office operations as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience; law firm or professional services experience is a plus. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
  • Organized, dependable and extremely detail-oriented.
  • Professional and polished demeanor suitable for a law firm environment.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

  • Full-Time, exempt role (not eligible for overtime pay).
  • In office (not remote) M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
  • Annual base salary.
  • 10 days paid time off and 10 paid company holidays.
  • Health insurance, 401(k) with 4% employer match
