As a Bilingual Shipping & Receiving Clerk (English/Spanish), you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth logistics by managing incoming and outgoing pallet shipments. From verifying deliveries to coordinating loading schedules, you'll be the go-to person for keeping operations on track!

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: 1+ year in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations. (pallet/manufacturing experience a plus).
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with TMS/WMS or inventory management systems a plus.
  • Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong Attention to Detail: Ability to track shipments and spot discrepancies.
  • Communication & Organization: Work well with internal teams and external partners.

What You'll Do:
  • Process and verify incoming shipments-ensure everything matches work orders.
  • Prepare outgoing pallet loads and keep shipments on schedule.
  • Maintain accurate shipping & receiving records-digital logs & documentation.
  • Coordinate loading and unloading schedules with carriers and drivers.
  • Be the main point of contact for truck drivers, vendors, and visitors.
  • Use inventory management software (COLT/Blue Yonder) to optimize workflow.
  • Perform pre-shift door checks, assign loads, and coordinate with forklift drivers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and company policies (OSHA, MSDS, etc.)
  • Support office management, accounting, and customer service as needed.
