What does a fiberglass cutter do?

A Fiberglass Cutter is responsible for cutting fiberglass materials to specific shapes and sizes as required for manufacturing or construction projects. They use specialized tools such as shears, saws, or automated cutting machines to ensure precise cuts according to blueprints or templates. Fiberglass Cutters must follow safety protocols to protect themselves from fiberglass particles and sharp edges. Their work is crucial in industries like boat building, automotive manufacturing, and construction where fiberglass components are commonly used.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a fiberglass cutter, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Fiberglass Cutter, you need strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and knowledge of safety procedures, often supported by a high school diploma or equivalent.
