Job description

Opportunity to join an exciting fiber broadband start-up in the Dallas Fort Worth area. As an outside sales (door-to-door) representative for NOVOS FiBER, you will be the face of our brand, working directly with potential customers within assigned territories, to raise awareness, demonstrate the benefits of our services and ultimately convert prospects to customers. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets. This suits someone who can excel in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and maintain a positive attitude in stressful and demanding situations. 
Key responsibilities:
  • Conduct door-to-door sales efforts in designated territories to generate new customer leads.
  • Present and promote the benefits and advantages of NOVOS FiBER broadband services, tailoring your approach to meet the specific needs of each potential customer.
  • Answer questions and address concerns about service features, pricing, installation process, and other related inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including customer interactions, interest levels, and follow-up requirements.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively closing deals and managing customer relationships.
  • Identify HOAs within assigned territories and develop relationships in order to build trust within the community and supercharge sales
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine sales strategies based on market feedback and performance data.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive company image at all times.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in outside sales, door-to-door sales, or a similar role is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
