Job Title: Quality Control Inspector – Fiber Optics
Location: Longwood, FL
Pay Rate:$18.00+/hr. (DOE)
Hours: Mon-Thurs: 7:00AM-4:00PM, Friday: 7:00AM – 1:00PM


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards

  • Ability to read drawings, schematics, and work instructions

  • Experience using measuring tools and performing basic math

  • Proficiency with data entry and computer systems

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in a production environment

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector – Fiber Optics to support inspection processes across multiple production stages. The Quality Control Inspector – Fiber Optics will ensure fiber optic products meet engineering specifications and quality standards while maintaining accurate documentation and traceability.


Responsibilities:

  • Inspect fiber optic cables, incoming materials, and in-process assemblies

  • Identify and document non-conformances and report discrepancies

  • Perform dimensional checks and basic calculations

  • Sort and stage incoming inventory for inspection

  • Support final inspection processes as needed

  • Maintain inspection logs, traceability records, and production data

  • Ensure measuring equipment is accurate and properly maintained

  • Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
