Job description

Adecco Perm Recruitment is looking for a full-time Electronic Security Sales Engineer for the Raleigh, NC area. Our client is a full service security integrator. This position will work with the sales and operations team to successfully design, install, and service our customers.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist Sales Team with:

    • Design and engineering

    • Quote building

    • Contract and RFP (Request for Proposal) reviews.

  • Submittal packages and closeout documents

  • Work with service & operations to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery.

  • Perform site walks and meet with customers including pre-sale, job start-up and close out visits.


JOB SKILLS

  • Solid knowledge of Electronic Security, Access Control, Security Surveillance, Fiber Optics, and Healthcare systems

  • Strong IT/network skills

  • AutoCAD

  • Work independently as well as within a team environment to deliver a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

  • Shows initiative, engages in proactive behavior.

  • Very adaptable and responds effectively to changes in situation or information.

  • Strong presentation, communication, and customer relation skills

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of two (2) years of recent experience in the low voltage industry primarily with access control, video surveillance, and network solutions.
