Job description

M Enterprises Construction Inc. is seeking an experienced Fiber Placer / Fiber Jetter to support

underground fiber optic construction projects. We are looking for candidates with hands-on telecom

construction experience placing fiber in microduct systems using jetting equipment and cable pullers.

Key Responsibilities

• Install fiber optic cable using microduct jetting equipment

• Operate fiber jetting machines and cable pullers

• Proof ducts and install pull strings for fiber placement

• Assist with underground telecom construction and conduit systems

• Follow project specifications and job site safety requirements

• Work with field crews, supervisors, and project managers

Required Experience

• Experience placing fiber in microduct systems

• Experience operating fiber jetting equipment

• Experience using cable pullers for fiber installation

• Ability to proof ducts and place pull strings

• Telecom or underground utility construction experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with fiber optic network construction

• Ability to read basic construction plans or fiber route drawings

• Valid driver's license

• Ability to work outdoors and travel to job sites as needed
