Must-Have Experience


eam Management: This supervisor will manage an internal team of 10-12 inspectors who oversee subcontractors placing fiber on job sites.

3. Experience Required: Looking for candidates with about 1-2 years of OSP construction supervision experience, specifically managing internal teams.

4. Background Flexibility: Telecom experience is not strictly required; candidates from a general construction background (e.g., new home builds, project superintendents) with "boots on the ground" supervisory experience are welcome.

  • 5+ years FTTH / OSP construction
  • 5+ years supervising wireline construction crews
  • Underground and aerial fiber construction
  • Fiber placement within Right of Way (ROW)
  • Experience driving daily production and crew productivity
  • Ability to read and interpret construction prints
  • Experience managing subcontractors and field crews
