What We're Looking For

We are seeking experienced siding subcontractor crews with:

  • James Hardie / Fiber Cement siding installation experience

  • Residential siding replacement experience

  • Professional workmanship

  • Reliable communication

  • Ability to manage job sites efficiently

  • Strong attention to detail and customer experience

Responsibilities

  • Install James Hardie, fiber cement, and vinyl siding

  • Complete tear-offs and replacement installations

  • Maintain clean and organized job sites

  • Take before/after photos and upload to CRM

  • Communicate professionally with homeowners and field superintendents

  • Ensure projects meet quality and safety standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of siding installation experience

  • Hardie siding experience strongly preferred

  • Active insurance and licensing

  • Reliable transportation, truck, and tools

  • Established crew preferred

  • At least one English-speaking crew member required

  • Ability to work throughout the Chicagoland market
