Job description

Job Summary:
The Sales Account Manager is responsible for growing LTL outbound business for assigned Service Center by conducting face to face sales calls. The position focuses on proactive outbound sales efforts, relationship development, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction in a high-pressure environment.

Qualifications:

  • 1 -2 years of experience in LTL outside sales.
  • Must have a strong will to win and to be able to handle performance for results pressure.
  • Must have a passion for creating a positive Customer Experience.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach and pipeline development.
  • Conduct daily customer visits to grow existing accounts and acquire new ones.
  • Negotiate pricing, service options, and contract terms using needs‑based selling methods.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records within CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations, Service Center Managers, and Customer Support teams to ensure strong customer satisfaction.
  • Share market insights and upcoming opportunities with internal stakeholders.
