A fever is a temporary increase in your body temperature, often due to an infection. Common symptoms include sweating, chills, headache, muscle aches, and general weakness. Most fevers are not dangerous and resolve on their own, but you should see a doctor if your fever is 103ยฐF (39.4ยฐC) or higher, lasts more than three days, or is accompanied by severe symptoms such as difficulty breathing, chest pain, persistent vomiting, or confusion.

What are some common challenges faced by Fever customer experience agents, and how can they be overcome?

To succeed, it's helpful to stay organized, continuously update event knowledge, and utilize internal resources and training for complex cases.
