What are fever symptoms and when should I see a doctor?

A fever is a temporary increase in your body temperature, often due to an infection. Common symptoms include sweating, chills, headache, muscle aches, and general weakness. Most fevers are not dangerous and resolve on their own, but you should see a doctor if your fever is 103°F (39.4°C) or higher, lasts more than three days, or is accompanied by severe symptoms such as difficulty breathing, chest pain, persistent vomiting, or confusion.

What are some common challenges faced by Fever customer experience agents, and how can they be overcome?

Fever customer experience agents often manage a high volume of inquiries, especially during peak event seasons. Balancing prompt responses with maintaining quality service can be challenging. Agents work closely with event organizers and internal teams to resolve issues, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills. To succeed, it's helpful to stay organized, continuously update event knowledge, and utilize internal resources and training for complex cases.
