The Data Analytics Analyst/Manager for the Cloud Success Insights Team is a crucial role responsible for delivering data-driven actionable insights and strategic recommendations that empower Cloud Leaders to drive various programs within the Customer Success. This role will involve providing dedicated analytics support to a specific cloud team, and to do so, collaborating with different teams within CSG will be needed.
Should demonstrate versatility in tackling a diverse range of problem statements, encompassing in-depth analysis, strategic planning, forecasting, data visualization, and effective presentation, all while maintaining a proactive attitude towards embracing new challenges.
This is an individual contributor role, which has high visibility and delivers business impact. The role requires timely responses to questions raised by senior leaders. This sometimes requires a flexible working approach, working outside standard hours.
Must have

  • Degree or equivalent proven experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

  • A bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years (for Lead) experience, preferably in a data analytics team.

  • Data Preparation : Extensive experience in writing complex database queries in SQL.

  • Visualization : Expert in one or more popular viz tools (Tableau, Power BI etc)

  • Data Analysis and Interpretation : A curious mindset that enables to dive deep & fetch insights.

  • Storytelling : Excellent skill of preparing Exec level stories.

  • Presentation : Demonstrated experience of creating & presenting data/dashboards/analysis to the leadership team & ability to explain complex analytical concepts to executives.

  • Ability to quickly learn new tools within Analytics space.

  • An awesome team-player and someone who junior analysts can look up to.

  • Ownership : Assume responsibility for assigned projects from start to finish.

  • Stakeholder Management

Nice to have skills

  • Direct experience (2+ yrs) in data-engineering.

  • Tableau certification like desktop specialist/professional is a big plus.

  • Experience working with cloud data sources.

  • Hands-on experience in advanced analytics, including predictive modelling, machine learning using python/R.
