Job Description
Fertilizer Division Manager. Position is year round. Salaried position with benefits. Experience required. Section Manager for snow operations.
Cutting Edge Property Maintenance is a well- established commercial property maintenance provider in the Twin Cities. We service over 200 client sites including Medtronic, West Health, TCF, and many more. We specialize in creating their customer's first impression.
Responsibilities include: Fert Tech duties, schedule and organize crews and equipment, oversee jobsite quality, safety and overall performance, work with sales team on client requests, manage materials, and review weekly payroll of crews.
Winter responsibilities include managing a section of sites for snow removal. Oversee assigned crews and routes, interact with clients, check quality and operate snow removal equipment.
Must have or be able to obtain DOT health card and have an acceptable driving record.

Qualifications
2+ years fert tech experience, current A&E pesticide license
valid drivers license with acceptable driving record
DOT health card or ability to obtain
Snow removal exp. preferred
