As a Financial Coordinator in our fertility clinic, you play a big role in ensuring the patient fully understands their benefits in relation to the recommended treatment. Every day you ensure questions are answered in a timely manner and patients have all the necessary benefits information needed to make a solid decision to begin their treatment cycles. You will obtain treatment authorizations. With a friendly demeanor, you educate and communicate with patients through email, in-person, or by phone.   • 3+ years' experience with insurance benefit verification in a medical office setting.
