Description

Join our dedicated fertility care team and play a meaningful role in helping patients build families. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with physicians and clinical staff in a specialty setting that blends advanced medicine with heartfelt care.
The Registered Nurse provides high-quality clinical support across all phases of patient care - from diagnostics through treatment - while delivering an exceptional patient experience. As a key member of our clinical team, you will:
  • Coordinate patient fertility treatment cycles from diagnostic testing through treatment planning
  • Provide patient education and counseling on medications, treatment protocols, and IVF procedures
  • Triage patient calls and messages related to medications, lab results, and treatment plans
  • Accurately document care in the EMR while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance
  • Communicate physician orders, instructions, and lab results to patients in a timely manner
  • Transcribe and transmit prescriptions and manage prior authorizations
  • Perform phlebotomy, administer medications (subcutaneous, intramuscular, oral), and record vital signs and histories
  • Assist with patient preparation, specimen collection, and exam/procedure room flow
  • Circulate for pre-op, intra-op, and post-op procedures
  • Perform abdominal ultrasound during IUI and embryo transfer procedures
  • Maintain organized, safe, and fully stocked treatment areas
  • Support smooth daily patient flow and provide compassionate guidance to patients and families

Requirements
We're seeking a nurse who is:

Qualifications:
  • Active Wisconsin RN license in good standing required
  • Nursing experience, minimum of 2 years required
