Location: Statesboro, GA
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Shift Options: 1st Shift, 6:30 AM-2:30 PM OR 2nd Shift, 2:30 PM-10:30 PM | Mandatory OT

Looking for a solid Ferrous Operator job close to home? If you know how to keep machines moving and the line alive, we've got steady work and weekly pay with your name on it.

What You'll Need (Requirements)

  • Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment
  • Capable of standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. as needed
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety
  • Willingness to work overtime and adapt to changing production schedules
  • Comfortable working around machinery, metal materials, noise, and varying temperatures
  • Must wear required PPE, including steel-toe shoes, hearing protection, gloves, and safety glasses

What You'll Do (Job Duties)

  • Operate equipment used to process and transport ferrous materials throughout production
  • Load and unload materials into machinery, production lines, and designated work areas
  • Perform visual inspections on raw materials and finished components to ensure quality standards
  • Monitor equipment performance and promptly report malfunctions or safety concerns
  • Maintain production goals while supporting efficient workflow operations
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
  • Follow all company safety procedures and properly utilize required PPE
  • Support engine manufacturing operations through accurate material handling and processing
