We are seeking a highly skilled Neapolitan Pizza Chef to join our kitchen team. This is an opportunity for a passionate pizzaiolo who takes pride in tradition, consistency, and producing exceptional pizza in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
About the Role:

As our Neapolitan Pizza Chef, you will be responsible for executing authentic, wood-fired pizzas with precision and efficiency. You must have a deep understanding of dough fermentation, high-heat oven management, and the discipline required to maintain quality under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage traditional Neapolitan dough (mixing, proofing, fermentation).
  • Hand-stretch pizzas to proper size and consistency.
  • Operate and maintain a wood-fired or gas pizza oven (800-900°F range).
  • Execute pizzas quickly while maintaining strict quality standards.
