Job description

Commercial Fire Protection has immediate openings for Fire Extinguisher Technicians in the Bay Area, San Jose and Santa Clara. There's never been a more exciting time to join our team! We are in an accelerated growth phase in a rapidly expanding industry and seeking motivated, self-driven individuals looking for a long-term career.


Responsibilities

Perform inspections, maintenance and installation on fire extinguishers and emergency lighting for established customers on a scheduled basis

Complete all inspection and service paperwork accurately and in a timely manner

Must be able to communicate well with customers and explain the work being done and any repairs that are necessary

Maintain truck stock quantities of equipment and keep it in a neat and orderly manner and adhere to all safety rules and regulations


Qualifications

Must have a Level 1 Fire Extinguisher license from the state of CA

Must have a valid current driver licensewith clean driving history

Highly proactive, chooses to take initiative and ownership of projects

Strong work ethic, uses time productively to accomplish work goals

Demonstrate ahigh level of customer service, strongorganizational skills, and positive attitude

Capable of heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds)

High School Diploma or equivalent

Pass a pre-employment background check

Perform other duties as assigned
