Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Crew Leader to join a growing team specializing in residential exterior construction projects. This position is ideal for someone with construction experience who enjoys leading projects, working hands-on in the field, and delivering high-quality craftsmanship.


As a Crew Leader, you will oversee a 2-person crew and take ownership of projects from start to finish. Depending on your skill set and experience, you may focus on cedar fencing projects or lead more complex deck, patio cover, and outdoor structure installations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a 2-person construction crew
  • Build and install:

  • Communicate professionally with homeowners and customers throughout projects
  • Read and interpret project plans, specifications, and permits when required

  • Coordinate daily work activities and assign tasks to crew members
  • Monitor project timelines and maintain productivity goals
  • Troubleshoot job site challenges and identify effective solutions
