Licensed Contractors Wanted – Join Our Team

One United Construction LLC is actively seeking licensed residential and commercial contractors to join our subcontractor network throughout the State of Oregon. We are a licensed General Contractor looking to build long-term relationships with reliable, professional subcontractors who take pride in delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

Position Overview

As an independent subcontractor, you will perform residential and commercial construction work on projects managed by One United Construction LLC. You will be responsible for completing work safely, professionally, on schedule, and in compliance with all applicable Oregon laws, building codes, and industry standards.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered, you must:

  • Hold a valid Oregon contractor license (CCB) for the trade you perform.
  • Be licensed, bonded, and insured in the State of Oregon.
  • Accept payment as an independent contractor (W-9 / 1099).
  • Maintain all required business licenses and registrations.
  • Have reliable transportation, tools, and equipment necessary for your trade.
  • Demonstrate quality workmanship and professionalism.
  • Follow OSHA safety requirements and applicable building codes.
  • Maintain clear communication and meet project deadlines.

Washington Contractors

We do work with qualified Washington-licensed contractors on certain projects. However, additional requirements and limitations apply. Contractors must meet all applicable Oregon legal requirements before performing work in Oregon and satisfy all eligibility criteria established by One United Construction LLC.
