Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman to oversee and manage all on-site fencing project activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and running fence installation projects efficiently, managing teams, and ensuring projects are completed within budget and time constraints while maintaining the highest quality standards.


Primary Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all on-site project activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

- Efficiently set up and run fence installation projects, managing resources and schedules effectively.

- Supervise and manage Co-Foreman and Installers, providing guidance and leadership.

- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and supervisors to ensure smooth operation and timely communication of any major jobsite changes or issues.

- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, maintaining a safe work environment for all staff.

- Read, understand, and implement work orders and jobsite plan sheets accurately.

- Complete necessary documentation, including as-builts and other company documents, daily and on-site.

- Identify and resolve any anomalies or issues that arise during project execution.

Qualifications:

- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL Class A) preferred, or the ability to obtain after hire.

- Proven experience in fence installation and project management.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on project efficiency and effectiveness.

- In-depth knowledge of various fencing materials and installation techniques.

- Demonstrated ability to meet project deadlines and make decisions in the best interest of the company.
