ROLES:

OFFICE PERSONNEL: We have several roles within our departments that help to support the business and our team members in the field, including in the areas of; Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payables, Contract Management, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Operations.

ESTIMATING: Estimating is an essential piece of our organization; this role creates quotes and bids for Road Signing, Guardrail, Fence, and Crash Attenuator projects in the Midwest United States.

YARD WORKER: Our team members working in our yards work to keep the yard organized and maintained. The yard work team also works on building cages to be used within a multiple of our projects.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Our Project management team works daily managing multiple roadwork projects throughout the State, directing the daily scheduling of our road crews, and coordinating with project owners.

ROAD WORKER: Working on a crew installing Road Signs, Guardrails, Fence, and Crash Attenuators. You must have or be able to obtain a CDL (Commercial Driver's License), Department of Transportation (DOT) Physical Examination Certificate, and pass a pre-employment drug screen. You must also be able to maintain clean random drug testing. Additionally, these positions require travel away from home for extended periods and working in the elements.

A Construction Laborer/Driver working within one of the divisions of our company will be assisting with various tasks on each job while working along the highway median.

Signs & Traffic Control Division: You will learn every aspect of the Sign/Traffic Control setup and installation process while assisting the crew leaders in starting and completing projects. As a construction laborer, you will install signs, remove old fences, dig holes for fence foundations, load and unload materials, and install fences on all job sites.

Fence & Cable Division: You will learn every aspect of the fence & cable installation process while assisting the crew leaders in starting and completing projects. As a construction laborer, you will install highway cable barriers, remove old fences, dig holes for fence foundations, load and unload materials, and install fences on all job sites.

Structural Foundations: A Construction Laborer working within the Structural Foundation division of our company will perform all labor tasks involved in the installation of drilled shafts & structural foundations, working along Michigan highway work zones and commercial construction sites.

-Ability to mobilize heavy equipment to the worksite by driving air brake-equipped heavy trucks.

-Day-to-day tasks can include cutting and welding steel, performing concrete work and finishing, operating hand tools, and material handling.

-Must currently have a CDL A or B for this position.

Guardrail: You will learn every aspect of the installation process while assisting the crew leaders in starting and completing projects. As a construction laborer, you will install highway guardrails, remove old guardrails, dig holes for foundations, load and unload materials, and install guardrails on all job sites.
