Become part of the Viking Fence legacy, a Texas tradition since 1972, and contribute to our success in the fence building industry! We're on the lookout for a full-time Fence Installer - Driver, that thrives in an outdoor hands-on environment. Opportunity to earn an hourly rate or piece rate, whichever is higher!
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage materials loading, pick-up, delivery, and installation.
  • Keep rental products organized and secure during transportation.
  • Record and confirm shipment details through our asset management software.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch.
  • Perform vehicle inspections and ensure cleanliness.
  • Check weather and road conditions before each trip.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, traffic laws, and company regulations.
  • Complete special projects as needed.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:
  • 50% driving and 50% installation/removal of rental products.
  • 6-day per week shift with off-hour availability for special events.
  • Labor-intensive position with lifting, reaching, and bending.
  • Exposure to all types of weather.
  • Lift objects up to 75 lbs. regularly.
  • Safely walk and stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to reach, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel as necessary.
